An exceptionally constructed system for serious weight lifters. It's stylish design, featuring sleek curves and shiny chrome, makes you want to handle it like a weapon every time you see it. You will feel motivated to use it. The weight is precise, unlike typical alternatives - Bowflex alike. The entire piece is also well-balanced, making the dummbell fly easier to perform. With its clever shorter design, it prevents plate collisions when you contract your pecs.

Things I don't like? The base could hv better design for the asking price. I also do not like the small plastic weight plates. The locking system is not prefect, you need to allign vertically to prevent plate jamming.

So does it work? Yes. If you are looking forward to reboot your life with healthy lifestyle, this is for you. Just by looking at it, you will be rewarded with motivation.

**40KG is overkill for the norm, though.
