1) Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only store.

2) How long does delivery take?

Anytime around 1 week for in-stock items. We will provide you with an estimate after you have placed the order.

3) Do you deliver to East Malaysia?

Yes. However, we charge a delivery fee (at cost) - this fee is approximately RM13 per kg of item to be delivered. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +6016 407 7760 for a detailed quotation. Do note that for any warranty or servicing requests, the cost of logistics (both to and from) will have to be borne by the customer.

4) Difference between CARBYNE and Trulap Gen 4 dumbbells?

We use the same factory, there is only 1 difference: Trulap's cradle has suction cups that stick to the ground. We know how suction cups require frequent replacement, hence we opted not to offer it.

5) Difference between CARBYNE dumbbells and NUOBELL adjustable dumbbells?

There are 2 main differences aside from the aesthetics: 1) CARBYNE dumbbells increase in 1.5kg increments. NUOBELL dumbbells increase in 2kg (or more) increments. 2) CARBYNE dumbbells have less small internal components (at least compared to NUOBELL v1), and hence are more durable, taking longer to wear and tear.

6) Are replacement parts available for your products?

Yes, most parts of our products can be replaced. If your product is no longer under warranty, reach out to us with your enquiry and we will do our best to provide you with the most cost-effective solution.
