1) Do you have a physical store?

No, we are an online-only store.

2) How long does delivery take?

Anytime around 1 week for in-stock items. We will provide you with an estimate after you have placed the order.

3) Do you deliver to East Malaysia?

Yes. However, we charge a delivery fee (at cost) - this fee is approximately RM13 per kg of item to be delivered. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp at +6016 408 8850 for a detailed quotation. Do note that for any warranty or servicing requests, the cost of logistics (both to and from) will have to be borne by the customer.

4) Difference between CARBYNE and Trulap Gen 2 dumbbells?

We use the same factory, so there are only 2 differences:
i) Trulap has a more aggressive knurl. CARBYNE dumbbells have a finer knurl, which actually provides a greater surface area contact with your hand, hence making the handle feel 'grippier'.
ii) Trulap's cradle has suction cups that stick to the ground. We know how suction cups require frequent

5) Difference between CARBYNE dumbbells and NUOBELL adjustable dumbbells?

There are 2 main differences aside from the aesthetics: 1) CARBYNE dumbbells increase in 1.5kg increments. NUOBELL ADs increase in 2kg (32kg version), 2.25kg (36kg version) or 2.5kg (40kg version) increments. 2) CARBYNE dumbbells have a thicker handle and less aggressive knurl.

6) Are replacement parts available for your products?

Yes, most parts of our products can be replaced. If your product is no longer under warranty, reach out to us with your enquiry and we will do our best to provide you with the most cost effective solution.
