It's solid and easy to use. Push down and twist to get your desired weight. Weights do move a little when you do cleans and swings but it won't bother with your workout. Nice thick silicone rubber base. Cheaper than buying individual KBs and saves space. This KB will serve me a long time.

You will feel motivated to use it. The weight is precise, unlike typical alternatives - Bowflex alike. The entire piece is also well-balanced, making the dummbell fly easier to perform. Things I don't like? The base could hv better design for the asking price. I also do not like the small plastic weight plates. The locking system is not prefect, you need to allign vertically to prevent plate jamming.
