Dumbbell were much bigger than expected, and i had a little difficulty doing standing supinated DB curls with attachment from 20kg upwards due to the size and width of the DB .
That aside, the quality of the DB is unrivaled and i really love the stainless steel material
Used the dumbbells for a week. So far so good, I am satisfied with the product, easy to switch weight between sets. The dumbbells look shiny and are huge (see photo for comparison with a 9kg dumbbell).
Finally an adjustable dumbbell that hits the spot for its form factor. Was considering noubell initially till I found this gem which is the same as Trulap. Dropped the idea of getting Nuobell after watching teardown video on YouTube as it has plenty questionable and complex parts made of hard plastic. Check out the teardown of Trulap dumbbell on YouTube and you will be more convinced of its durability.
Been working out with it for a week plus before reviewing. No issue or whatsoever. The only minor downside is the thicker circumference handle but it does not hinder my workout or grip at all. Those with smaller hands especially ladies may feel cumbersome. It has mild rattling sound during lifting as The plates brush against each other but it doesn't distract me one bit.
Love its form factor resembling traditional dumbbell so I have more variations for workout rather than powerblock or bowflex.
I want to point out as well that the adjustable weights are accurate as I measure with my inbody scale.
Last but not least the delivery was very fast.

Got the Carbyne dumbbells a couple of months ago. They are literally equivalent to a whole set of dumbbells while they only take up the space of two! Incredibly easy to use and saves me so much time as compared to changing the weights using regular adjustable dumbbells. Handle size is appropriate and not too thick. Apart from the product itself, their customer service is top notch, polite, quick response time and ever willing to help
I did my research before purchasing. I am a lady user, and I like the fact that the increments are only 1.5kg, which allows me to build resistance gradually. Good quality product and an excellent space saver. Highly recommended.
